Event photography: Opening new Woolworths
Event Photography is always exciting to do as often it is a celebration of some sort. In this case all the excitement was the opening of a new Woolworths in Nelson Bay. After months of building it was finally the day July last year that Woolworths opened their doors for the general public but before doing that ME Photography was there to photograph the event photography for Woolworths.
Only employees and their direct families were invited to this evening to celebrate a fresh new Woolworths in Nelson Bay. Prior to the new Woolworths a much smaller Coles was located on the same location. We all missed a local supermarket during the building project and found our ways to Salamander Bay Shopping centre.
This new Woolworths is ideal though as it also has a great underground parking area with escalators and a lift that goes up to the next level. Parking is an ease and also when it rains is becomes super handy to park your car their and to walk into town and check out all the other local shops.
After the official cutting of the ribbon the Woolworths was announced to be officially open. Lots of fresh food and an amazing cake was there to celebrate the event. In a new supermarket it always takes a while for me to find everything I need in a shop but this shop seems to have a great easy set up so within no time you will find all the groceries you need. The deli section is big and attached to the building is a pharmacy Nelson Bay Discount Drugstore.
Thanks Woolworths for inviting ME Photography to capture this event photography for you, I have proven to be one of your loyal customers already 😉
